The journey which started in a legendary bodybuilding gym in Landskrona on the west coast of Sweden back in 2002. This is where I found my love and passion for the weights. Encourage by positive trainers and members giving the gym that familiar feeling.

From that point then experience the transformation of the fitness industry over the years. Then working as a personal trainer, coaching competitors and working for some of the major companies in Sweden. In 2016 I had gathered all the knowledge I needed to start what I had envisioned and I slowly started to build the brand "RISE N CONQR". 

The design was heavily influenced by the California fitness lifestyle. From there we have found our own way and identity more and more each season. Still we want to keep our origins and that golden era and hardcore bodybuilding feel in this collection.
